Our eco offices
We are now based at eco-friendly offices in Container City, part of the Trinity Buoy Wharf area of east London. As well as looking stunning and providing a practical and flexible base for the company, the offices fit perfectly with the Seventeen ethos of delivering events with style, substance and sustainability. The high tech offices are constructed from recycled and retro fitted shipping containers which stack together like a giant Lego set.
The units themselves use renewable energy and Seventeen have ensured that only low energy light bulbs are fitted throughout. The office computer system is supplied by Very PC, a Sheffield based company who produce some of the greenest PCs in the UK, using a fraction of the energy consumed by a regular Pentium desktop. The office has been redecorated using environmentally friendly paint from Earthborn. If you fancy a cuppa we have an eco-kettle from Nigel’s Eco Store, and it goes without saying that all our paper, stationery and supplies are sourced from the Green Stationery Company and are produced from recycled material where possible.
