Recycling, cutting down on emissions, organic food, fairtrade produce. Ethical living used to be the preserve of oddball hippies and the Arran sweater brigade. These days, if you don’t have an environmental policy your clients will want to know why.
It’s no longer enough to offer a choice between “excellent but wasteful” and “mediocre but sustainable”; we offer the same level of excellence in our sustainable events as one would expect from a business without our ethical focus.
