Our BS8901 report

We are publishing our full BS8901 compliance report for the Sustainable Events Summit. You can download the report from this page to read about the sustainable decisions we took to manage the event effectively. This includes feedback we will use to improve the sustainability of future events.

We manage our compliance to BS8901 using the eventberry system. The basic system is free to use, with a premium service available for frequent users.

This report shows what the output document for a typical event would look like. We are not pretending to have all the answers, and obviously some of the decisions we’ve made may not have worked out exactly as we’d planned. The feedback we’ve gained will be used to make future events more sustainable, and it’s this path to constant improvement which is the key to a sustainable approach. If you have any comments about our report, our approach to BS8901, or how you can manage your events in this way, please get in touch.

This report is as it would appear using the eventberry system with the exception that supplier contact names, email addresses and phone numbers have been removed in consideration of data protection issues.
