It is once again scorchio in Container City - even the worms are starting to feel the heat and have been moved in to a shady corner. Happily I have just made a fantastic investment in terms of time, health and my waistline - a new bike! I have been taking it quite cautiously so far - Poplar High Street can be an unforgiving commute - but before too long I’m confident I’ll be whizzing around all over the place.
