Longplayer

Here at Trinity Buoy Wharf there’s plenty to inspire creativity. The fantastic Longplayer project is a great example. It’s situated in the only lighthouse on the Thames and is an ever-evolving piece of music, playing continuously but without repetition from Jan 1st 2000 to Dec 31st 2999.

But to keep it going for the next thousand years, the Longplayer Trust could do with some extra funds. One way of helping them out is to buy a book from Amazon following this link: Longplayer shop. We’d recommend buying Stewart Brand’s Clock of the Long Now to change the way you think about time and long-term responsibility – which is certainly a very timely concept. Order books through this link and keep the music playing!
